Grounded in bioclimatic and passive architectural principles, the project optimizes solar orientation, natural cross-ventilation, and organic, bio-based materials to lower its environmental impact. Dynamic permeable façades with sliding panels allow residents to filter light and privacy while maintaining an intimate connection with the outdoors.
